Quality Assurance

1. Native speaker
Only a native speaker should translate into the target language of a translation. Only in this way is it possible to guarantee that the text is idiomatically correct and fully comprehensible.
I am a native speaker of English. My aim is to produce a text of such quality that no-one would know it was originally in German.

Should you need a translation from English into German, a German-speaking colleague will produce the text under my supervision.

2. Deadlines
I know how important deadlines are for my customers.
And I know, too, that translations are often needed urgently. Flexible working hours are something I take for granted.

It’s Friday afternoon and you need to have your order by Monday morning?
I’m used to such emergencies. Just give me a call.

3. Always there for follow up

Once the text has been delivered, that doesn’t mean it’s the end of the job. Customers very often need to check on queries. I am always available for this by phone or e-mail.

4. A personal service
When they deal with me, my customers know who they are talking to: the translator.
